Prof. Dr. Ali Ramadan Ali Barakat is a distinguished legal scholar specializing in Civil and Commercial Procedure and Arbitration, with extensive academic and professional experience in litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, and legal training.
He obtained his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University in 1996 for his dissertation entitled "Arbitration Proceedings under Egyptian and Comparative Law."
His experience combines deep legal scholarship with a practical understanding of litigation and arbitration procedures, in addition to substantial experience in legal education, professional training, and the development of legal talent.
