Prof. Dr. Doweib Hussein Saber Abdelazim is a Professor of Public Law and former Dean of the Faculty of Law, Assiut University, with a distinguished academic and professional career in public and administrative law, legal advisory, regulatory matters, and institutional legal affairs.

Throughout his career, he has held several senior academic and leadership positions, including Head of the Public Law Department and Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, in addition to supervisory responsibilities at the Faculty of Law, South Valley University.

He has also contributed to legal research in areas including administrative law, administrative judiciary, constitutional and regulatory matters, and the legal framework governing public institutions.

His addition to MAP Lawyers significantly strengthens the Cairo office by bringing together deep legal scholarship, institutional and advisory experience, and the ability to manage complex legal matters while linking legal analysis with executive and institutional decision-making.
